What Does The Shadow Indicate In The X Ray Of Head?

l have been having these headache at the back of my head for the past few days 7days non stop so l decided to take an x ray and the x ray shows shadow, what does a shadow mean in this situation Does this shadow tells that l have cancer or what I have beeb having back pain for the past two years ,there was a point that the pain went to my feet and could not even work.

Shadow in X-ray skull may be due to many reasons.You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
CT scan of brain should be done to rule out any organicity.
It is too early to comment upon cancer.

Back pain may also be due to many reasons like disc prolapse,low vitamin D and calcium level,hypothyroidism etc.
X-ray L/S Spine (AP/Lateral)should be taken and MRI of L/S spine can be done if needed.
Treatment depend upon findings.
