General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
compare your report with normal semen analysis.
Active motile sperm : 50% motile at one hour after ejaculation__but you have total motility 40 % suggest low motility of sperm.
Normal form is 70 percent : suggests morphology is normal
Puc cell, RBC and epithelial cell are also normal in range
And you have oligospermia and along with low motility of sperm.

So it is difficult to become father. You have to take proper treatment after consulting infertility specialist. Doctor will give you following advice and drugs:
Clomiphene citrate should be given for 1-2 months.
Avoid stress and be relax.
Take high protein diet and anti oxidant rich items like almonds, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, Tablet Co Q.
Do regular exercise like walking and relaxation exercise like Yoga and breathing exercise.
Take multivitamins supplements like revital capsule.
Repaet your tes after 2-3 months.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
