hi i make semen analysis with result volume 3.5ml appearance : greyish white visicosity : viscid reaction : alkaline liquefaction time : 60min sperm concentration : 38 million/ml sperm count : 133 million/ejaculate abnormal forms : 30% pus cells : 6-8 /hpf spermatogenic cells : 3-5 /hpf normal motility= 25% or more of A OR 50% or more of A+B
Your semen analysis report suggests infection. This is indicated by presence of pus cells, increased liquefaction time. It may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc. You need antibiotics for infection. Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed. You should consult your doctor. Hope i have answered your query.
