What Does The Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
My Semen Analysis report is: Volume-3.0ml, pH-8.0, Appearance-Normal, Liquefaction time-30min., Viscosity-Normal, Total aperm count-31.6M/ml,Colour:Greyish white,blood:absent,MOTILITY:1ST hour
:60%,2nd hour:50%,3rd hour:40%
FORWARD PROGRESSION:a fast forward:0%,b moderate forward 40%,c slow progression 20%,d immotile 40%
ABNORMAL FORMS 50%,
SPERMATOGENIC CELLS 1-3
W.B.Cs /H.P.F:1-3
What does it mean? My wife is not getting pregnant from last 2 years.WHILE i already had a daughter 5 years old Do I need to consult urologist

From your question you are concerned that your sperm analysis is abnormal and the is it the cause of your wife's inability to become pregnant. Your semen analysis is normal and you should be able to get her pregnant. The number of sperm per milliliter should be greater than 30 million and the motility should be greater than 50% and you are at 60%.
The forward progression shows fair ability of the sperm to swim but due to the sheer volume of cells will still be able to swim and conceive.
