What Does The Scan Result Indicate?

hi iam suffering with mild prominence of bilateral pelvicalysis system on both sides which is not seen 15-20 minutes post void no fluid noted in abdomen no evidence of any lymph adenopathy in the paraaortic area please give reply as to what is the problem

Thanks for writing in.

Your report means that there is slight bulging of the collecting system in both kidneys which is transient in nature and not a serious persisting problem. This can be due to mild infection or as a part of normal formation of collecting system in both kidneys. I suggest you consult an urologist and get a urine culture and sensitivity test done to know if there is any infection.
