What Does The Scan Result Indicate About Pregnancy?
i am 6 week 6 days pregnant Gestational sac present and normal postion 17.0 mms but no fetal pole or yolk sac echo seen.posterior cervical shows a myoma measure 12.7x12.6mm cervical length 32.6and width is normal . internal os is closed. iam worried plz tell me

Fetal pole should have been visualized by this gestational age.
You need follow up USG after two weeks.
Don't worry about myoma(fibroid).You have small fibroid and normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus.
Other findings like cervix is normal in length.
You should wait till next USG and treatment depend upon follow up USG.
