What Does The Scan Report Suggest About The Ability To Conceive After The Surgery?

Hi, I'm 46y/o, no children, I have tried, but never been pregnant, and I have the following fibroids. Will I need surgery and will I be able to get pregnant after surgery? Please advise! See below:

Hi. With so many fibroids and considering your age of '''46'', the pregnancy even after surgery will be very difficult and be dangerous too with all attendant complications of a late pregnancy and it all also depends upon the functionality of your ovaries too.
