What Does The Scan Report Findings Suggest?

My 16 yr old son was diagnosed with aml and all leukemia nearly 3 years ago .. We had a scan resterday which shows multiple enlarged lymph nodes and one being 31mmx20mmx8mm and shows loss of normal fatty hilum and minor intrinsic vascularity ... He started 3 years ago with a mass of tumours in the same area and wrapped around his heart.. He has no other symptoms this time maybe looking pale that s it.. What would your opinion be. We are having biopsy tomorrow xx

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Sorry about your son Regarding your child scan result it demonstrates that he has developed an acute myocardial infarction following metastases from the leukemia to compress the coronary vessels
In view of this please see an oncologist specialist as we as a cardiovascular surgeon for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate management which include chemotherapy radiotherapy and possible surgical interventional procedures of the tumor mass on the heart
I hope this helps
Regards
