The heart gets its blood supply from the coronary system. There are two main branches the right and left coronary arteries which further have smaller branches. These branches are studied in angiography and. In your case the main dominant artery is blocked in the initial portion and the blood is filling backwards from RCA (right coronary artery). Therefore the heart is getting decreased blood supply and this can cause sudden cardiac arrest. This needs a discussion with a cardiovascular surgeon to know the feasibility of surgery and other treatment options.
