What Does The Report Say?

yesterday i have gone under treatment and have a ultrasound through which doctor confirmed that:
1. my liver is increased grade 1
2. pencreas obscured by the bowl gases.
3. small calculus in the upper pole layer 6.6 mm in left kidney
pl. confirm that what treatment i should take for the above said

Thanks for writing in.

1. my liver is increased grade 1
This is mild fatty liver and if you take too much of alcohol and fatty foods then please take a more healthy diet and reduce alcohol intake.

2. pancreas obscured by the bowl gases.
This is not an abnormality. In many patients the pancreas may not be entirely seen due to gas in abdomen. This is just a note that the pancreas was hidden under the bowel gas.

3. small calculus in the upper pole layer 6.6 mm in left kidney
There is a small stone in the upper pole region of right kidney. There is no mention of any obstruction or hydronephrosis. You may take an urologists opinion and drink lots of fluids and water to flush out the stone.
