What Does The Pus Cells Count Indicate In An Urinalysis?

Hi! I'm a female, 22 years old. I have my test for urinalysis. The results are:
Color: yellow
Transparency: Sl. turbid
Reaction: Acid
pH: 5.0
Sp. Gravity: 1.011
RBC: 0-2
Pus Cells: 3-5
Crystals: a. Urates: Few
Epithelial cells: Few

I just want to know about the findings of my urinalysis result. Thank you!
