What Does The Osseous Canal Mean In The Following CT Scan Result?

Hi the CT scan of my spine that I have mainly a question about is that it says at T10-T11 leftward disc bulge osteophyte complex narrows AP diameter of osseous canal on left. no obvious central canal stenosis. T12-L1 calcified disc bulge flattens ventral thecal sac and narrows AP diameter of osseous canal. What is the osseous canal?

I really appreciate your concern, the given report could be suggestive of degenerative disc disease and it needs to be correlated with clinical condition for which the test being done it can be managed medically hope this information concern.
