What Does The Meaning Of Discrete T2 Flair Hyper Intense Foci In The MRI Report?

I am a Gulf War Veterans and I have headaches and memory loss. I got my MRI back and it said discrete T2 flair hyper intense foci, increased flair signal is also likely related to microangiopathic. There are diffusely prominent perivascular spaces. No acute intracranial pathology.Significant amount of microvascular disease on mri. What does all this mean?

microvascular disease can happen if ur a hypertensive. or if ur above 80 amyloid angiopathy can occur.
