What Does The Lab Test Report Indicate?
The questiin is about my mom s report. The report says that there are multiple hypoechoic SOLs noted in the myometrium. The cervix is bulky and heterogenous. Can it be explained ? What treatments should be taken for betterment of my mom? Is it the firsf step of cancer?

Your mother ultrasound finding suggests multiple uterine fibroids .
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its treatment depend upon many things like age,symptoms,family is completed or not.
Fibroid can be managed by conservative means or by surgery.
It need proper evaluation.
Your mother need evaluation by a gynecologist.
She may also need Pap smear and biopsy due to bulky and heterogeneous cervix.
