The kidney function reports( elevated BUN,creatinine,decreased calcium,anemia,and reduced cortico medullary differentiation) means that the kidneys are failing probably due to chronic kidney disease secondary to any systemic illness like diabetes,hypertension etc.Further evaluation with glomerular filtration rate(GFR) calculation is needed to confirm the stage of the disease.Hope this information helps you.If any questions,happy to answer you.Take care.
