Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Thank you for your question! Regarding Holter monitoring results they should be judged in a full context, including the patient epidemiology (age, physical conditioning, etc); also his complains which indicated this exam; presence of negative chronotropic or anti-arrythmic medications and their doses; and of course existing co-morbidity. Regarding the rate seems presence of sinus bradycardia; but it should be jyudged in a full background (it is considered normal in a healthy sport man; but it could raise the possibility of a sick sinus syndrome in another old one; or to express inadequate drug doses. The presence of extra-systolic arrhythmia doesn't seem to be significant. Feel free to ask again if you have any additional information that may help. Greetings from Dr. Iliri
