holter monitor results avg hr=45 min=32 at sleep max=84 ventricular total ectopics =27 supraventricular total=35 islolated =28 pair=2 run=1 longest and fastest both= 143 bpm 3 beats 1.2sec st segment ch1 =1 1.7mm elevation pause=1 3.7 sec heart rate variability sdnn=204 sdann=190 rmssd=80 trianglular index=91 anthing that u see abnormal any advice. thank you

Thank you for your question! Regarding Holter monitoring results they should be judged in a full context, including the patient epidemiology (age, physical conditioning, etc); also his complains which indicated this exam; presence of negative chronotropic or anti-arrythmic medications and their doses; and of course existing co-morbidity.
Regarding the rate seems presence of sinus bradycardia; but it should be jyudged in a full background (it is considered normal in a healthy sport man; but it could raise the possibility of a sick sinus syndrome in another old one; or to express inadequate drug doses.The presence of extra-systolic arrhythmia doesn't seem to be significant.
