Under gram stain it says: ocassional polymohors seen, numeros epithelial cells seen, no clue cells seen, occasional yeast seen and numeros gram positive bacilli seen. What does that all mean? General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from vaginal candidiasis. Keep your diabetes under control. And you need clotrimazole vaginal tablets. Another option is itraconazole oral drug.

As these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these. Your sexual partner also needs treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
