What Does The Following Urine Test Report Suggest?

I had a test done due to pain in my lower stomach. They did a gram stain on my vaginal discharge which is white and it came back as the following:PMN/PUS CELLS: RARE Epithelial: MANY MODERATE GRAM (+) BACILLI No intracellular or extracellular negative diplococci found. What does this mean as I have to wait a week to talk to the doctor again.

Hello,

This means that you have urinary tract infection. Gram-positive uropathogens might be Staphylococcus, Enterococcus faecalis and Streptococcus. You have to treat it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
