General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for postin in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be derived based on the urine analysis report you have furnished.
1. Normal urine should be clear and transparent, but it is stating to be slightly turbid.
2. There is presence of few bacteria, few epithelial cells and few amorphous urates, which can be considered as normal. Presence of these could have made the urine look slightly turbid.
She can wait for some more time and consume plenty of water along with citrus fruit juices to keep her urine alkaline.
If she develops symptoms like pain during urination, burning sensation during micturition or increased frequency of micturition, then she needs to get her urine culture and sensitivity test and consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
