What Does The Following Urinalysis Report Suggest?
I recently had a urinalysis done. Results showed 3 - 10 RBC/HPF. Dr said this is blood in the urine and ordered CT scan and cystoscopy. Where does this result fit in the range of low to high. Can it be construed that by this result I am a high risk for bladder cancer?
Hi, I think blood in urine without any pain is one of the symptom of bladder cancer. So, get yourself evaluated properly. Go for a CT and cystoscopy to rule it out. Also do a urine culture and sensitivity test to see if there is an6 urine infection. Urine infections can also lead to blood in urine.
