General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think you should not give up. Follow your doctor's advice. I usually advise my patients who want to get pregnant to eat healthy foods, those seasonal, and stay away from unhealthy foods/drinks. Encourage you to take antioxidants like vitamin E and A, zinc. Keep well hydrated and do more physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
