Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there are multiple peripherally arraigned follicles - which can be a normal finding.
2.But if they are enlarged in size with central stroma - then that findings are seen in the polycystic ovarian disease.
3.In this case irregular periods will be seen - its due to hormonal imbalance, which needs treatment.
4.Endometrial thickening is increased in size - can be normal in per menstrual time.
5.Rest of the findings mentioned in the report are normal which does not need any attention.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
