What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?
Ultra Sound showed diffuse thinning of the renal cortex bilaterally? there are at least three echogenic strutures with the bladder lumen. What does diffuse renal cortical thinning mean? Multiple bladder lesions, Findings are nonspecific. Differential includes multifocal neoplasm, blood clots or fungal balls. What does cystoscopy mean and is a patient awake when this procedure is done? Thank you for your answers.
