What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

On an ultrasound taken a few years ago for a reason unrelated to pregnancy / fertility, my uterus was described as bulky and anteverted and two fibroids were identified. One is a dominant posterior myometrial fibroid which extends towards the left cornu measuring 4.5 x 4.3cm . The other fibroid is an intramural fibroid which lies towards the anterior fundus measuring 2cm . Both may be a bit larger now since the scan was two years ago. Would these affect my ability to carry a pregnancy to term? Or to be able to deliver normally?
