General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This shows multiple bilateral ovarian cysts. She may need a ct scan of the lower abdomen to rule out polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) which causes pain abdomen and vomiting and fertility issues later.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
