Hi im 29 years old have 1 daugther my ultrasound impression: Normal sized retroverted uterus intact endometrium with proliferative pattern Normal ovaries Pseudocysts,culde sac probably due to adhersions Minimal culdesac fluid of low level echoes probably due to inflammatory process (PID) PEVIC congestion What is the meaning?
