What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Medullary pyramid crystal.right kidney ovarian cyst.right most likely physiologic,normal liver.biliary tree.pancreas.spleen,abdominal aorta,left anteverted iterus with intact endometrial stripe..what is the meaning my ultrasound result.is a big problem?

The given ultrasound scan is perfectly normal and nothing abnormal is there in it to worry.
There is a small cyst in one of the kidney but it is a common finding and does not have much clinical significance.
