What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?
this is the result of my TVS: normal sized retroverted uterus with post-ovulatory endometrium. hypoechoic nodule in the anterior corpus measuring 0.9x0.5cm. long and closed cervix. no posterior cul-de-sac fluid. kindly explain..i am 30 yr old no kids.
Hi thanks for writing to HCM. Your ultrasound report is absolutely normal.normal. Retrovertion is normal position of uterus in pelvic cavity. The post-ovulatory endometrium is also a normal finding. Hypoechoic nodule in the anterior corpus could be a small uterine fibroid.Long and closed cervix with no fluid in cul de sac is also normal finding. Hope this answers your question
