Welcome to health care magic.

1.Endometrium is thickened according to the report mentioned. 17mm is quite high.
2.One of the possibilities could be pre-menstrual phase - a followup pelvic scan to rule out any endometrial abnormalities.
3.There is a 18mm dominant follicle in the right ovary which is quite normal - you can follow the follicle until it get ruptures, if you are planning to conceive.
4.The report sounds absolutely fine - if you planning to conceive the follicle size is with in limits.
5.Rest all findings appears to be normal in your report.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
