What Does The Following Ultrasound And CAT Scan Report Indicate?

I recent had an ultrasound and a cat scan and the following are the resultant results as presented by the technician; The CT procedure was done without and with IV contrast. My primary physician noted my white blood cells were a little high after a urine test so these procedures were recommended. The CT scan notes are: The abdomen: Two tiny noncalcified nodules in the left lung base. Cysts, including central cyst in the left kidney. Mild cortical irregularity of the posterior aspect of the left kidney. Kidneys are mildly atrophic. Liver, spleen and pancreas are normal.
