What Does The Following Ultrasonography Result Mean?

Hello Doctor, My son is 4 months old , doctor have advised to take a urinary test, and ultrasonography for the kidneys as a precautionary. It was found in the report that the Microlith measuring 1.9mm is seen in the lower calyx of the left kidney. So kindly please suggest us , is this a major issue and any medications or treatment has to be undergone

at-this age nothing should be done. followup is recomanded can consult urologist for examination and advise on treatment.what is urine examination report it is very small so may pass of in urine. monitoring is required. water intake should be increased. some diet restriction may be requered.
