What Does The Following Ultrasonography Report Suggest?

Minimal free fluid in right scrotal sac.Both testes and epididymis are normal in size, shape & echopattern No focal lesion seen in the parenchyma.Right Testis Size is 46.9 X 25.1 mm.Left Testis Size is 43.2 X 21.9 mm.Blood flow in both testes is normal.No evidence of engorgement of vessels on valsalva.
