What Does The Following Ultrasonography Report Suggest?

Serial images of the pelvis show positive contrast outlining the endometrial cavity It s of normal size and shape The contours are regular Both fallopian tubes are progressively opacified They end blindly Delayed images show no peritoneal contrast spill Kindly advise the rate of conceiving. Regards

Hi, I think your report suggests that your both tubes are blocked. You have to undergo a laparoscopy to confirm the findings of HSG. Sometimes it can be false report also. So, it needs to be confirmed. If on laparoscopy, tube is blocked proximally, it can be opened by cannulation.If tubes are blocked distally or can't be opened by cannulation, you have to undergo IVF. Hope it helps.
