What Does The Following Transvaginal Sonography Report Indicate?

I had a transvaginal songraphy today .... reports indicate: there are changes of adenomyosis in the uterus. multiple nabothian cysts of the cervix, endometrial echos are thick and its thickness measures 13cm, and there is an endometrial polyp measuring 14X7.0 mms. i am 41, over weight, un-exercised, have excessive bleeding during my periods which are regular and last for 5 days incidentally, and i also have multiple cervical cysts. my instinct is to not do anything surgical … not even a biopsy. to wait and watch and try medication and life style changes! there is no history of cervical or breast cancer in my family but i lost 3 relatives on my father’s side to cancer including my father in 2013. is it foolish of me to even consider taking a non-surgical stance? what happens if i don t go in for a bioopsy and decide to wait and watch?
