What Does The Following Torch Test Results Indicate?

HHeight: 164cms Weight:67 Sex:female Age:24 Medications right now:Fol123 and Anofer Medications suggested for my condition: rovamycin and ecospirin-but not yet started TORCH toxoplasma-IgM(serum/chemiluminescence) = 0.03 toxoplasma-IgG(serum/chemiluminescence) = less than 5 rubella-IgM(serum/CMIA) = 0.12 rubella-IgG(serum/CMIA) =56.00 CMV-IgM(serum/Elisa) = 0.3 CMV-IgG(serum/Elisa) = 123.00 HSV-2 IgM(serum/Elisa) = 0.1 HSV-2 IgG(serum/Elisa) = less than 2 coagulation: lupus anticoagulants,screen(plasma) = 45.8 I had termination due to severe oligohydraminios and nuchal fetal edema during 22 weeks... after my periods my doc told me take torch test.. the results are as aboveâ?¦ for the above results she suggested rovamycin and ecospirinâ?¦ but when I consulted another Doc,He says as my IgM values are normal,rovamycin and ecospirin are not necessary .. Whats my exact condition... Whats the cure for my abnormal IgG levels? why is there a abnormality? How to bring IgG values normal?? What are tests and procedures to be taken to prevent abnormalities for my next pregnancy??

hi healthcare magic user, As your IgG levels are high in TORCH test nothing to worry no active infection.High levels IgG indicates history of past infection. No need for any active treatment to reduce IgG it will reduce naturally. Please do following tests before planning for next pregnancy TSH, IgG & IgM APLA,3hour glucose tolerance test done.please repeat lupas anticoagulant done as it was on higher side.please continue fol123,start ecosprin when are planning to conceive.
