What Does The Following Test Result Mean?

Hi Sir i have problem please read my Report and give me Any advice or Medicine:

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to your semen analysis result you have semen volume of 5 ml & total sperm count of 155 million, which is normal. Out of this 68% sperms were alive & 32 % were dead. As per motility of sperms, only 44% sperms were motile & rest 56% sperms were non motile. As per grading of motility, 12% sperms were active motile, 17% were moderate motile & 15% sperms were sluggish motile. Asper shape, 78% of sperms were of normal shape & only 22% of sperms were with abnormal shape.
There was also presence of 1-2 pus cells, occasional rbc & 5-8 epithelial cells in your semen which is indicative of slight genital tract infection.
So all together your semen analysis shows that you are suffering with asthenospermia or low sperm motility. This should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing
