What
ultrasound report you have enclosed indicates that you are having 'Polycystic Ovarian Disease' (PÇOD).
Generally, in this disorder, conceiving is delayed as there is hormonal imbalance leading to
irregular menstruation and/or untimely ovulation. This amounts to
infertility in most women.
However, it is a treatable disorder and most women conceive with treatment for regularizing periods and by inducing ovulation in time. It may take certain amount of time for this to happen and hence you need to have patience.
Also, it is also essential to reduce your weight if you are
overweight and keep it under check by consuming low
carbohydrate diet and regular exercise to improve the chances of conceiving.
