What does this mean? (Interpretation: This is an abnormal awake and sleep EEG due to focal spikes from the bilateral centroparietal spikes, left greater than right, sleep activated, indicating a focal area of cortical irritability that is potentially epileptogenic. Clinical correlation is recommended.
