What Does The Following Test Result Indicate?

I have sever lower adominal pain/pelvic pain. I was in the ER for it about two weeks ago. They did a CT Scan and an ultrasound... I have the results, but I can't get my doctor to call me back to explain them. It say very heterogeneous soft tissue mass posterior to the bladder, which measured about 5.5cm, and in long axis 5.2x5.8cm. What does this mean?
