Welcome to health care magic.

.The report suggest there are two anechoic / cystic / fluid containing structures seen in the left mandible region.
.The features of the lesions are suggested to lymph nodes, as possibilities are more in that location.
.There are other possibilities like parotid gland cystic lesions, sailo-adenitis - salivary gland ductal obstruction.
.The MRI / CT will be help to evaluate the source of the lesion its extension and relation to the adjacent structures.
.Definitive diagnosis will be FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology, to assess the nature of the cells involved.
