Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What does it mean when the submandibular region suggests adentopathy with incomplete coverage; however one probable lymph node measures approximately 19 x 9 mm in size. Minimal mucosal fold thickening of the frontal sinus and left maxillary sinus with out air-fluid levels.
Your Radiographic test report suggest that you have swelling below your jaw (lympadenopathy) of submandibular region. It also suggested it is because of chronic sinusitis. It also says the discharge from sinus is not too prominent. So you need to visit a ENT spacialist as there is thickness in sinus mucous membrane.
You may also need to go for a biopsy of the lesion. Hope my answer will help you and you will be healthy soon. Regards Dr Muzaffar.
