Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your tests are as follows:
WBC count is elevated. WBC count is elevated due to increase in any one component of white blood cells.
The differential count show increased number of granulocytes.
Granulocytes are increased in case of infections most commonly bacterial infection.
Sedimentation rate is elevated at 27 mm in 1st hour.
Sedimentation rate is elevated in cases of underlying chronic inflammatory condition.
Leukocyte alkaline phosphate (LAP) score of 144 is increased value and it is suggestive of leukamoid reaction.
Leukamoid reaction is most commonly due to underlying infections.
Negative Jak2V617 mutation rules out the possibility of myeloproliferative disorder.
The level of ALT at 75 is increased from its normal range.
Other liver functions have also to be assessed.
In order to interpret immunoglobulin M level of 33, you have to mention against what infection the investigation is done.

Thanks and take care
