There is straightening of the cervical lordosis. There are degenerative changes of the cervical spine. Disc space narrowing is present at C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 with marginal osteophytes at multiple levels. On the oblique views there is an element of foraminal encroachment on the left side at C3-4, C5-6 and C6-7. Evaluation of the right foramina is limited. Possible element of foraminal encroachment at C4-5 and C5-6. No acute fracture nor abnormal subluxation. Prevertebral soft tissues are unremarkable. CAN YOU SIMPLIFY THIS?

Hello

Cervical X-ray findings suggests degenerative changes in cervical spine.

There is straightening of cervical spine with loss of normal lordosis. It may be due to muscular spasm.

There is inter-vertebral disc space narrowing at C4-5,C5-6 and C6-7 level with degenerative osteophytes at multiple levels.Osteophytes are formed due to chronic stress on annulus fibrosis.

There are possibility of neural foramen narrowing in left side.Right side can't be evaluated properly.
Rest of the findings are normal.

I suggest for MRI of cervical spine for further evaluation.
MRI is best for soft tissue imaging and it can assess nerve status, disc prolapse etc very accurately.
MRI is very important in further management.

Get well soon.
Take Care
