im 50 I have some what bulbous inhomogeneous uterus no focal mass the uterus measures 9.18cm in llngth by 5.04cm ap/5.3cm transverse endometrium within normal limites a 2.3mm both ovaries are visualized and are unremarkable no free fluid what does this mean
