What Does The Following Sputum Test Report Suggest?

have been diagnosed w atypical pneumonia from persistent cough: 2 sputum results show this: Test1: GRAM STAIN Few WBCs     GRAM STAIN Moderate Epithelial cells     GRAM STAIN Many Mixed bacterial morphotypes   CULTURE 3+ Mixed respiratory flora   Test 2: GRAM STAIN Moderate WBCs     GRAM STAIN No squamous epithelial cells     GRAM STAIN Moderate Mixed bacterial morphotypes   CULTURE 2+ Mixed respiratory flora   what does this all mean ? what should my doc be doing next ?
