Dear Dr. please explain my report and tell me what should I do?Thanks
Semen volume: 2.0ml
Liquefaction time: >3 hours not liquefied
Sperm count/ml: 24mil
>Total Sperm count/ejaculation: 48mi
Vitality: 63%
>motility: rapid 0
slow 27
non-progr.motility 31
non-motile 42
morphology: normal 86%

Your report suggests decreased sperm motility with increased liquefaction time.Motility should be at least 55%. You have only 27 % slow moving sperms.
48 millions/ml sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml. Morphology of sperms is normal.Only 16% normal morphology sperms is required for natural fertilization.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations. You need routine hemogram, colour doppler of scrotum.
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise. You should avoid tight garments. If low motility persists then assisted fertilization techniques like IUI can be considered.
