What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Suggest?

my husbands semen fluid report details as follows.pls docter.. tell me pls.. these are normal ?we are trying to conceive since last year.. but still couldnt.. volume - 1.5 ml appearance - grey hazy Liq.time- 2 hrs viscosity - high ph - alkaline Concentration- 18.5X10*6/ml mortility rapid progression - 27% slow progression- 9% non progressive-13% immotile-51% morphology normal -65% abnormal-35% PUS cells - 4-6/h.p.f red cells- 1-2/h.p.f thank u docter Erandi.

Hi, I think the semen analysis is normal except for a borderline low motility, which can be corrected by taking antioxidants and vitamins for 3 months. Also , do a semen culture and sensitivity test. He can take some antibiotics like doxycycline empirically 100mg twice a day for 10 days. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Now, if your periods are regular and your all other reports are fine like thyroid, prolactin, HSG, ultrasound, then you can go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse for 3 to 6 months.
