What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Mean?

my semen analysis report for 1.0ml coulur: Geyish, Reaction : Alkaline, Viscosity: Viscous : Liquefaction time: 30 Min, 65 million/ml, actively motile 40%, Sluggishly motile: 30% Non motile 30%, morphology normal forms 80% abnormal forms 20%, pus cells 8-9/hpf, epithilial cells 2-3/hpf. is my report normal

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

Report suggests semen infection.
Infection is indicated by presence of excess pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI.

You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis and scrotum.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.
You need antibiotics for infection.

Rest of the findings like sperm count,sperm motility and morphology are within normal limit.
