What Does The Following Semen Analysis Indicate?

dear sir, my total concentration is 60million/ml,ph is 8.0,viscocityis slight,motility percentage is 70 grade A is 50,grade B is 10 & grade c is 10, but my agglutination is possitive which is marked in red colour in my report, pus cell-2-3, red blood cells 2-3, epithelial cell is 2-3. kindly suggest me what to do for posiyive sperm agglutination

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of agglutination in semen sample is ost commonly seen in infection.
Presence of pus cells in semen sample is also indicative of infection most probably bacterial infection.
I suggest you to get semen culture to look for infection in the semen sample, its isolation and drug susceptibility.
These investigations will determine the causative organism for the infection and also determine most appropriate antibiotic.
