General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have developed some peripheraly neuropathy due to diabetes. It is very important that you get good treatment for diabetes and have sugar levels under control so the neuropathy does not progress.

Also, there is some pressure on one of the nerves that come out of the spine in the lower back. This is called radiculopathy and is a very common finding.
Paracetamol, ibuprofen, and physiotherapy is all that is needed most of the time.

I hope this is helpful.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
